Here I would Like to talk about few microsoft products or softwares which will be really helpful for small business firms.These softwares are inevitable for any business firms nowadays.

First let me say something about the basic softwares needed for any companies or firms.Here the OS comes first.Microsoft released many of the so called operating systems now then.The latest one is called windows vista ultimate.Windows vista itself contains many editions like home edition ,home preemium..etc...The previous release of the microsoft Windows XP is still in use in many of the office works.

The next important one in the software usage for the companies is the Microsoft Office.It has two main products called Office Small Business and Office Professional.The former is as the name suggests for the small business firms.It includes office excel,Office Word,Power point,Office Publisher, and Office Outlook.The latter one includes the Office Acces also in addition to all these.

The next one is about the network infrastructure.One can easily setup a server on their own for their firm or company with the help of the microsoft product Windows Server.A similar but smaller product is also there which serve the same purpose for small scale called Windows Small Business Server.The latter can accommodate only up to 50 computers but the former can accommodate more than that.

The next one we wil be talking about the accounting aid.The product called Office Accounting Express and Office Accounting Pro 2008.It will be very useful in the companies or the firms to deal with the accounts with the aid these softwares.
